Banqueting packages

Included in your package price:

Three courses served with tea and coffee, all necessary tableware, flowers, serviettes, candles, basic table plans and menus and background music if required. All meals are served with bread rolls and butter and appropriate accompaniments for each course. Extra courses are available if required, please check for individual prices.

Please ask us if you require any advice on designing your own menu, as this can significantly change prices. The following menus have been compiled to provide a balance of taste and presentation. If you wish to adapt or change any menus, and if your numbers are less than 60, please seek advice from the events team.


The Colt package - minimum 60 people - £22.95 per person

The following menus include all the above extras and The Wallace Suite hire. Choose any one menu for your function.

Menu A

• Cream of tomato soup
• Roast top side of beef with horseradish sauce, yorkshire pudding
• Roast potatoes and a selection of seasonal vegetables
• Raspberry pavlova

Menu B

• Melon cocktail
• Breast of chicken in wild mushroom and white wine sauce
• New potatoes and a selection of seasonal vegetables
• Profiteroles with cream and chocolate sauce

Menu C

• Minestrone soup with parmesan cheese
• Roast leg of lamb with mint jelly
• Roast potatoes and
a selection of seasonal vegetables
• Dutch apple pie with cream

Menu D

• Broccoli and stilton soup
• Poached fillet of salmon with hollandaise sauce
• New potatoes and a selection of seasonal vegetables
• Summer fruit brulee

Menu E

• Cream of mushroom soup
• Gammon steak with pineapple or with parsley sauce
• Tomatoes, mushrooms, sautéed potatoes and garden peas

• Treacle tart and custard

The Eagle package - minimum 60 people - £25.95 per person

The following menus include all the above extras and The Wallace Suite hire. Choose any one menu for your event.

Menu A

• Smoked salmon with prawns
• Half pheasant in red wine sauce with game chips
Croquette potatoes and a selection of seasonal vegetables
• Fresh fruit salad with cream

Menu B

• Seafood cocktail
• Sirloin steak with bernaise sauce
• Lyonnaise potatoes and a selection of seasonal vegetables
• Brandy snap baskets filled fresh fruit and cream

Menu C

• Fan of melon cocktail with fruit compote
• Rack of lamb with mint jelly
• Sauteed potatoes and a selection of seasonal vegetables
• Fruitti di bosco (pastry sponge and and cream layers with berries)

Menu D

• Carrot and coriander soup
• Roast breast of chicken with bacon, sausage and stuffing
• Roast potatoes and a selection of seasonal vegetables
• Knickerbocker glory

Menu E

• Prawn cocktail
• Roast loin of pork with apple sauce
• Roast potatoes and a selection of seasonal vegetables
• Lemon meringue pie

Menu F

• Smoked salmon terrine
• Fruit sorbet
• Breast of duck in orange sauce
• Croquette potatoes and a selection of seasonal vegetables
• Passionfruit bavarois with mango coulis

• All bookings require a non-refundable deposit
• All prices are inclusive of VAT
• Service charge is left to your discretion
• Due to the Food Safety Act 1990, all food and drink must be supplied by Eyrie Events, therefore, corkage is not available
